I am an organized, tech-savvy professional with over five years of experience supporting cross-functional teams, implementing healthcare software, managing complex schedules, coordinating multi-stakeholder communications, and navigating regulatory environments.

In my last role as a consultant at Oracle Health, I expanded my responsibilities across three different teams (Patient Portal, Regulatory, and Hospital Quality). I coordinated communications between leadership teams, implemented and trained hospital and clinic staff on Oracle Health/Cerner systems, and kept clients and internal stakeholders updated on new government regulations (CMS Information Sharing, MIPS, and eCQMs).

I am currently a member taking courses at VETgirl. VETgirl is a subscription-based education provider offering RACE-approved, online continuing education courses and certificates. I'm currently completing their Practice Management Certificate.

 

I want to combine my software implementation experience and new veterinary practice management education to apply it to veterinary technology solutions.
