I'm a tech-savvy professional with 5+ years of proven success in leading digital health product launches, managing multi-stakeholder relations, and navigating health care regulations.

This past year, in my consulting role at Oracle, I quickly expanded from being in one team to becoming part of three teams (Patient Portal, Regulatory and Hospital Quality). As part of the Regulatory and Hospital Quality teams, I stayed up to date with CMS’ new rules for Information Sharing, the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (part of the Quality Payment Program) and the Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) for hospital quality improvement and tracking. I kept all my hospital and clinic clients up to date with these rules and trained them on how to acquire the data they needed to submit to regulatory government bodies.

 

Through this experience, I honed my skills in regulation research, time management, and communicating legal information to diverse stakeholders, from CTOs to HIM Managers to Clinical Nurse Informaticists.​
